The renovation of IMPERA PARK was followed by a visit from the President of Czech Republic, Mr V\u00e1clav Klaus.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\"><strong>2005<\/strong><\/span> The acquisition of vast land property in Prague 9 &#8211; \u010cakovice<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\"><strong>2006<\/strong><\/span> The completion of a total residential building renovation in Prague 3, Vinohrady.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div> <div class=\"stag-column stag-one-half stag-column-last\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\"><strong>2011<\/strong><\/span> The completion of commercial area construction in Hovor\u010dovice<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\"><strong>2013<\/strong><\/span> The completion of residential building reconstruction in Prague 3, \u017di\u017ekov<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\"><strong>2014<\/strong><\/span> The first reorganisation and activation of our first subsidiary company, The PROPERTY TRUST a.s. focusing on commercial real estate.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\"><strong>2015<\/strong><\/span> The building completion and grand opening of our primary school with modern tuition \u2013 Z\u0160 Livingston in Prague 9, \u010cakovice.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\"><strong>2017<\/strong><\/span> The completion of two buildings made for commercial and office purposes with the use a of a new, experimental building material, the exposed concrete.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\"><strong>2019<\/strong><\/span> The second reorganization and activation of our second subsidiary company, the PROPERTY APARTMENTS a.s., focusing on the residential real estate.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\"><strong>2019<\/strong><\/span> The construction of another commercial site, the Lidl grocery store in Prague 9, \u010cakovice.
