The company\u00b4s purpose is to manage, maintain and control the operations and development carried out by the subsidiary companies in the commercial and residential spheres and furthermore to manage real estate portfolio belonging to the companies.<\/p>\n<p>The only owner and CEO of the company is Mr Jaroslav Pokorn\u00fd, who stood at the foundation of the company.
