IMPERA Spol. s.r.o. is a mother company managing its subsidiary companies PROPERTY TRUST a.s. and PROPERTY APARTMENTS a.s. The company´s purpose is to manage, maintain and control the operations and development carried out by the subsidiary companies in the commercial and residential spheres and furthermore to manage real estate portfolio belonging to the companies.
The only owner and CEO of the company is Mr Jaroslav Pokorný, who stood at the foundation of the company. He continues to develop the company together with his team.
